Alan Neeld is an Accredited member of the BACP with over 25 years experience helping people overcome obstacles that are preventing them from moving forward. Qualified in Gestalt and Person Centred counselling, Alan has augmented this counselling approach by integrating (CBT) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy into his practice. This integrative and more holistic approach to counselling enables Alan to work with clients using the methodology most suited to the individual client.
Alan has also studied and developed relaxation and meditation techniques designed to help people suffering with stress and anxiety.
